Frank Jiang has worked in a variety of roles in the tech industry since 2013. Frank began their career as a Mentor at Consulting Incubation Network in 2013. Frank then worked as a Strategy Consultant at Accenture from 2015-2017. In 2017, they became Co-Founder and CGO of SWIDIA, a specialized growth marketing partner for companies looking to scale user acquisition and improve retention. From 2019-2021, they held various roles such as Head of Growth Marketing (Interim) at Radish Fiction, Cameo, and Spoon, and Growth Marketing at STEEZY - Online Dance Classes. In 2021, they joined The Kraft Heinz Company as Growth Strategy & Digital Innovation, Emerging Ventures, and Product Development Consultant at AI Fund. Frank is currently an Advisor & Investor at PeduL (Techstars '21).
Frank Jiang holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University. Frank has also obtained several certifications, including a Snapchat Marketing Partner certification from Snap Inc. in March 2020, a Google Marketing Partner certification from Google Ads in February 2019, a Facebook Marketing Partners certification from Facebook in September 2018, and an Agile Project Management Certification from Accenture in February 2017.
