Raja Chandran

Raja Chandran has over 25 years of work experience in various roles in the logistics industry. Raja currently holds the position of Vice President Key Account at Swift Cargo Pvt. Ltd. Prior to this, they served as the General Manager - Business Development at Swift Freight India Pvt. Ltd., where they successfully promoted and provided non-US freight forwarding services and created a new business vertical.

Earlier in their career, Raja Chandran worked as the Vice President Sales at Willow Logistics India Pvt. Ltd., where they played a key role in recruiting and managing the team for the company's nationwide operations. Raja also led a team that initiated freight forwarding for the Sri Ganesh Group of Companies.

Before that, they served as the GM - Sales at Globelink WW India Pvt. Ltd., where they introduced a freight forwarding vertical and developed business from corporate clients. Raja also worked as the Deputy General Manager at W.W.Shipping and held the position of Business Development Manager at W.W.Shipping Agencies Pvt. Ltd. In both these roles, they contributed to sales and growth of the companies.

Raja Chandran began their career as a Regional Operations Executive at Prakash Air Freight, where they managed operations across 30 branches in the Western region and implemented cost control measures. Raja started their career as a Branch Incharge at Skypak Couriers Ltd.

Throughout their career, Raja Chandran has demonstrated skills in team management, recruitment, business development, and operations.

Raja Chandran graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Bandodkar College of Science in 1994. Prior to that, they completed their SSC from Sulochanadevi Singhania High School from 1975 to 1987.
