Shriyanka leads the co-ordinated approach to Swift's global industry engagement and dialogue with and on behalf of the Swift community as part of a newly created function at Swift.
Between 2021-2024 Shriyanka set up and led the product organization at Swift that serves 253+ Market Infrastructures and their communities and supports the entire SWIFT community towards adoption and implementation of Standards.
Prior to SWIFT , Shriyanka led Oracle’s global product strategy for payments across corporate and retail banking betweeen 2018 and 2021 driving and defining commercial success of the payments portfolio through effective go-to-market strategies , representing Oracle and its customer's voice in industry initiatives while designing the internal product investment.
Prior to Oracle, she was the financial services CTA for IBM India and South Asia in a time when the India stack and UPI were evolving in the background. Her work on key research pieces and insights have been carried by multiple fintech publications. Her interests in the Indian payment scene continues as she remains connected with India in her role as director of Swift's India JV with leading Indian banks.
She has served as a member of the Standards Advisory Panel for Bank of England created by the bank in conjunction with Pay.UK to advise of Payments Standards in the UK. She currently serves on the CPMI PIE Taskforce for Interlinking of Instant Payments.
In the past she has been responsible for heading engineering at Intellect as iGTB’s Head of Payments and later Digital Banking.
A change maker at heart, she also dabbled in the startup world channelizing her entrepreneurial energies into a food Tech venture that ended with a successful exit story.
