Venkat Santhosh Subramanian

Venkat Santhosh Subramanian has an extensive work experience spanning over 10 years. Venkat Santhosh started their career in 2010 as an Assistant Manager at Larsen & Toubro Limited, where they were involved in Production Engineering and Strand Jack, Production Engineering and Production Planning. In 2017, they joined Cognizant Business Consulting as a Senior Consultant and was instrumental in developing 30+ solutions during the incubation of Manufacturing, Logistics & Insurance Labs. In 2018, they moved to Cognizant as a Business Development Manager. Currently, they are working as the Delivery Head at SwiftAnt, where they are responsible for Projects Delivery in Data & Analytics, Business Intelligence & Application Development, Managing Microsoft Partnership Globally and Business Development activities. Venkat Santhosh has also been involved in successful delivery of "Claims Reporting Automation" in Kenya, Data migration & Analytics for a Global Retailer based out of North America, Development of Analytics Dashboard in Power BI and Migration of 40+ Qlik Sense Dashboards to Power BI. Additionally, they are responsible for Global Microsoft Partnership & Business Development activities, building SwiftAnt's Solutions on Microsoft Marketplace to make them IP Cosell ready & incentive ready.

Venkat Santhosh Subramanian completed their Higher Secondary education in 2004-2006 at SRV Boys Hr. Sec. School. Venkat Santhosh then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from 2006-2010 at PSG College of Technology. Subsequently, they obtained a Post Graduate Program in Management degree in Operations and Marketing Management from 2016-2017 at Indian School of Business.
