Natalie Todd

Natalie Todd is an accomplished professional with a strong background in operations management and customer service. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Swiftwick since October 2020, Natalie has previously held the position of Operations Manager within the same company. Prior experience includes a role as Field Operations Engineer at Lee Company from January 2019 to April 2020 and Senior Team Lead for Customer Service and Engagement at Target from June 2012 to January 2019. Additionally, Natalie gained valuable experience as an Accounting Intern at the Tennessee Department of Treasury in the summer of 2015.
