Manish Desai

Manish Desai has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Head of HR for New Business at Swiggy since June 2019, overseeing private brands, Swiggy Access, and strategic partnerships. Previous roles include Head of Human Resources at Arvind Fashions Limited and Associate Director HR at Flipkart, where responsibilities included managing HR for a substantial supply chain workforce. Manish has also held key positions in learning and development at RELIANCE TRENDS LIMITED and Aircel, and has a strong background in training and sales with earlier roles at Vodafone India, Reliance Industries Limited, NIS Sparta Ltd., and Claris Lifesciences.
