Astrid Legay

Astrid Legay has extensive experience in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as People Director at Swile since December 2022. Prior to this role, Astrid was a DRH à temps partagé at Rhésus RH from October 2018 to November 2022, focusing on talent acquisition, organizational transformation, and establishing social fundamentals. Experience also includes serving as People & Culture Director at Home Labs, where Astrid emphasized a performance-driven and innovative organizational culture.
