Julia Herman

Julia Herman has extensive experience in aquatic management and training, currently serving as the Vice President of Recruiting and Training at Swim Club Management Group, Inc. since January 2020. Previous roles include Assistant Recreation Supervisor and Recreation Specialist for aquatics at the Town of Chapel Hill, NC, from November 2016 to August 2019. Julia began career progression at Triangle Aquatic Center, where positions included Aquatics Director, Program Director, and Aquatics Manager, spanning over six years. Julia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biopsychology - Neuroscience from Simmons University, earned between 2005 and 2009.
