Jamie Stanley is a highly experienced Senior Sport Physiologist at the South Australian Sports Institute since June 2014, specializing in applied sports physiology to enhance performance across various sports, including swimming and cycling. In addition to this role, Jamie is a Guest Lecturer at the University of Technology Sydney and serves as the Performance Solutions Manager Training Insight at Swimming Australia, focusing on high-performance training strategies. As the Lead Physiologist for AusCycling, Jamie oversees physiologic implementation and strategies for the para-cycling team and the Australian Cycling Team. Jamie also contributes as a Course Instructor at HIIT Science and as an Adjunct Research Fellow at the University of South Australia. Previous positions include roles at the University of Queensland, where Jamie conducted research on athlete well-being, and as a Professional Triathlete. Jamie holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Exercise Physiology and has an extensive educational background from the University of Queensland, along with a Higher School Certificate from The Armidale School.
