Cameron Kilberg

Cameron Kilberg is currently the Head of Government Relations at Swimply. Prior to this, they worked as the Government Affairs Principal at goPuff from February 2020 to December 2021, and as Senior Manager Government Affairs at Bird from June 2018 to January 2020.

Cameron has extensive experience in policy thought leadership on on-demand commerce, labor, data, and micro-mobility policies. Cameron was instrumental in the launch of Bird's state legislative team and in one legislative session ensured more than 15 states had appropriate regulatory structures in place at the state level for scooter and micro-mobility products. Cameron also hired, managed, and oversaw lobbyist teams throughout the US.

At goPuff, Cameron led the US Policy thought process and planning for the Corporate Affairs team. Cameron also helped manage and build out the state affairs program with key policy focus areas including eCommerce, labor & employment, alcohol, tobacco, real estate, construction/zoning, and privacy.

Cameron is a skilled communicator and consensus builder with a track record of success in developing creative solutions to complex problems. Cameron is a strategic thinker who is able to see the big picture and develop long-term plans to achieve goals.

Cameron Kilberg received a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The George Washington University Law School. Prior to that, they completed a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Virginia. They also attended The Lawrenceville School.

Cameron Kilberg reports to Bunim Laskin, Founder & CEO. They work with Ha Nguyen - Chief Experience Officer, Ian Walters - Head of Finance, and Jessica Allen - Head of PR & Communications.
