Nishantainidevi Chandrasekaran

Nishantainidevi Chandrasekaran is a seasoned entrepreneur and educator with a strong background in sustainable business practices and women's empowerment. As the Founder & CEO of Bon Organics since 2017, Nishantainidevi has focused on providing handmade skincare and haircare products while supporting women in rural India. In addition to this venture, Nishantainidevi serves as a Lecturer at Kaplan Business School and as an External Course Advisor at Swinburne University of Technology Sarawak Campus, contributing expertise in industry-relevant research and course accreditation. Previously, as CEO of Bio Organic & Natural, Nishantainidevi led a cosmetics manufacturing firm and developed key business strategies. Additional roles include consulting for DBKU (Kuching North City Hall) and serving as a Resident Advisor at Swinburne University, all of which have contributed to enhanced leadership and strategic management skills. Nishantainidevi holds a Bachelor of Business in International Business, Marketing and Business Law, and an MBA focused on Women in Leadership.
