Mansi Hasabnis

Mansi Hasabnis has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mansi currently holds the position of Director Digital Technology Solutions at Swinburne University of Technology since 2022. Before that, they worked at Ambulance Victoria starting in 2017, where they held the role of Manager - Enterprise Solutions, Architecture and Business Intelligence. Their responsibilities included building and developing high-performing teams, strategic planning, stakeholder relationship management, and creating procurement constructs and sourcing strategies.

Prior to Ambulance Victoria, Mansi worked at The Magistrates' Court of Victoria as the Director ICT Services in 2016. Mansi was accountable for all systems and services, and contributed to the development of a business case for the replacement of the court's mainframe-based case management system.

Mansi also has experience working at VicRoads as the Manager - Services and Applications from 2011 to 2016, and at ICLP as the Solutions Director in Dubai from 2008 to 2011. At ICLP, they established the IT department, managed systems and services, and contributed to business planning and the development of corporate policies.

Mansi began their career at Emirates Group in 1999 as a Database Manager, and later worked as a Business Analyst. Mansi managed various systems projects, including the cargo community portal system, and played a key role in the requirement study, testing, and implementation of projects for the assigned business unit.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Mansi obtained certifications in Business Relationship Management Professional from APMG International in 2016 and COBIT 5 Foundation from APMG-International in 2013.
