Nuntavat Maphies

Nuntavat (Billy) Maphies is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and pre-construction services. Currently serving as Project Executive and Head of Special Projects at Swinerton since July 2014, Maphies oversees tenant interiors and special projects while fostering strong relationships with clients and trade partners. Previous roles at Swinerton include Preconstruction Manager and Senior Estimator. Maphies also brings experience as Mayor of the City of Hays, Texas, and as a Senior Project Engineer at Kitchell. Earlier career highlights include positions at MW Builders and McCarthy Building Companies, Inc., focusing on project controls and pre-construction services. Maphies holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Weber State University.
