Rob Ruszkowski

Rob Ruszkowski started their work experience as a Chemical Engineer at S&C Electric Company in 2004. Rob then moved on to work as an Assistant Vice President at Blaige & Company from 2007 to 2011, where they specialized in M&A for plastics, packaging, and chemicals firms. In 2011, they joined Verit Advisors as a Vice President, later moving on to the roles of Principal and Managing Director. Verit Advisors specializes in investment banking services, including ESOPs, debt and equity capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions. In 2019, Ruszkowski joined Swinerton as the Director of Finance and was later promoted to Vice President of Finance in July 2022.

Rob Ruszkowski received their Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University between the years 1999 and 2004. Rob then went on to complete their Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago, specializing in Finance and Accounting, from 2005 to 2008.
