Steven Yip

Steven Yip is a Senior Director of Construction at Zhuguang Properties US LLC, bringing over 32 years of project and construction management experience to the role since January 2019. Additionally, Steven serves as a Senior Project Manager at Swinerton Builders, overseeing a significant $1.2 billion mixed-use project, Oceanwide Plaza, in the Los Angeles Athletic and Entertainment District.
