Aron Kirschner

Aron Kirschner has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Aron began their career as a Java Developer and Data Analyst Intern at Sun Microsystems in 2003. From 2006 to 2011, they worked as a Management Strategy Consultant at Monitor Group. In 2010, they took on the role of Product Manager for Irrigation Pumps in Nairobi, Kenya as a Monitor Group Secondment at KickStart International. Aron then joined LightSail Energy as a Senior Business Development Associate from 2012 to 2014. Aron later worked at TerraVia Holdings, Inc. as the Manager of Business Development from May to October 2014 and as an Associate Director in the Office of the CEO from October 2014 to April 2017. Aron joined Lyft in 2017 and held various roles, including Senior Operations Manager, Senior Manager of Business Planning & Performance, Head of Business Performance for Global Operations, Head of Strategy and Analytics for Global Operations, and Head of Science and Analytics for Lyft Autonomous and Garage. Since 2021, Aron has been a volunteer Expert-in-Residence at Rippleworks, focusing on data/analytics and strategic decision-making. In 2023, they became an Advisor at the Hasso Plattner Institute of Design at Stanford, advising the d.school team on go-to-market strategy and pricing for Riff, an AI chatbot for reflections. Recently, Aron joined Swing Education as the Director of Business Operations in August 2023 and later became the Senior Director of Business Operations in February 2024.

Aron Kirschner completed their BA in Economics with Honors at Stanford University from 2002 to 2006. Aron then pursued their MBA at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, from 2011 to 2013.
