Yasmin Radjy

Yasmin Radjy's work experience includes a range of roles in various organizations. Yasmin is currently serving as the Executive Director of Swing Left since July 2022. In 2023, they also took up the position of Executive Director for Vote Forward, an affiliate organization of Swing Left. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Advisor in the Recovery Program Outreach division of the U.S. Department of the Treasury from July 2021 to July 2022. From 2019 to 2021, Yasmin worked as the National Political Director for PLANNED PARENTHOOD ACTION FUND INC. Before that, they held the position of Director of Organizing and Training at Planned Parenthood Federation of America from 2018 to 2019. In 2017, they co-founded Resistance School, a free practical training program for progressives. Yasmin also served as the Virginia State Director for MobilizeAmerica from June to December 2017. Prior to that, Yasmin worked as the Outreach & Field Director for the National Iranian American Council from February 2013 to July 2015. Yasmin also worked as a Senior Consultant at Monitor 360 from October 2011 to February 2013. Yasmin started their career as an Organizer for the Industrial Areas Foundation, working with the Des Moines organization, A Mid-Iowa Organizing Strategy (AMOS), for one year and with the San Antonio organization, Communities Organized for Public Service and the Metro Alliance (COPS-Metro), for a year and a half.

Yasmin Radjy completed their Master in Public Policy (MPP) from Harvard Kennedy School from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a B.A in Urban Studies and Hispanic Studies. In their earlier years of education, they attended Castilleja from 2000 to 2004, but no specific degree or field of study is mentioned.
