Rachel Pendlebury

Rachel Pendlebury has over a decade of experience in the customer service and retail sectors, currently serving as the Commercial Customer Service Manager at Swinton Insurance since December 2012, where Rachel also held the role of Technical Service Executive. Prior to this, Rachel worked at TUI Travel PLC from August 2007 to December 2012 as an Assistant Retail Manager, contributing to operational success and customer satisfaction in the travel industry.
