Mayank Pandey

Mayank Pandey currently serves as a Business Development Manager at Swipe (YC S21) since July 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Human Resources Recruiter at WEN - Women Entrepreneur Network from January to March 2022, where responsibilities included sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates. Mayank also completed a Marketing Internship at Elite Techno Groups, leading a team of over 100 campus ambassadors and providing training in marketing and sales strategies. Other notable positions include an Electric Vehicle Internship where analysis on the Indian EV market and powertrain topology was conducted, and a Sales and Marketing Internship at Unschool, overseeing outreach activities and managing a team of more than 50 interns. Earlier roles involved designing steering mechanisms at Elite Techno Groups and quality engineering work at Rr Parkon. Mayank holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Vishwaniketan's Institute of Management Entrepreneurship and Engineering Technology, earned in May 2022.
