Erin Wilband (Murphy)

Erin Wilband (Murphy) began their career as a Teller at JP Morgan Chase in 2009. Erin then moved on to become a Dancer at Deeply Rooted Dance Theater in the same year. In 2013, they took on the role of Producer at Dancehall Twigs and Teacher at Lively Arts Dance Academy. In 2016, they became a Dancer at Noumenon Dance Ensemble and People & Administration Manager at Making Waves. In 2018, they served as Artistic Director & Board President at Noumenon Dance Ensemble NFP and Operations & HR Manager at SwipeSense Inc. Erin currently holds the role of Director, Human Resources & Operations at SwipeSense, part of SC Johnson Professional. In this role, Erin is responsible for strategic oversight of operational improvement projects, managing end-to-end supply chain & logistics operations, managing all HR activities, and functioning as HR business partner.

Erin Wilband (Murphy) completed a Professional in HR Certificate Program at DePaul University in 2018. Prior to that, they earned a BA in Dance and Math from Grand Valley State University from 2005-2008. Erin also has three additional certifications: Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) from SixSigma.us obtained in April 2022, Creative Foundations, Personal Trainer Certification from Apple obtained in February 2012, and iOS Mobile Device Technician Certification.
