Kate Nenseth

Kate Nenseth is currently the HR Manager for Swire Oilfield Services Ltd. in Norway. Kate has over 8 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strategic and commercial perspective. Kate has established and maintains a competence overview to cater for business needs, manages the day-to-day operations of Human Resources, and provides HR advice to all company sites to deliver consistent HR practice. Kate is also responsible for negotiations with the unions, managing disciplinary actions and terminations, and is a member of the Norwegian Management Team. Prior to their current role, Kate was the Group HR Manager/Personalsjef for Global Maritime, where they lead the development and execution of the Human Resources strategic plan, shorter term plans and initiatives to support business strategies and promotion of a unified company culture. Kate has also worked as the Compensation & Benefits Specialist/HR Generalist for GE and as an HR Consultant for M-I SWACO.

Kate Nenseth has a Bachelor from Universitetet i Stavanger in Human Resources and is currently completing an Executive Master of Business Administration also from Universitetet i Stavanger.
