Oleg Mazurov

Oleg Mazurov is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in performance engineering and software development, currently serving as a Staff Performance Engineer at @SL and a Senior Performance Engineer at Swirlds Labs since May 2022. Previously, Oleg held senior performance engineering roles at Hedera Hashgraph and served as a Principal Software Engineer at Splice Machine, where notable contributions included developing a profiling solution for Hadoop clusters. Oleg's career also includes significant positions at Oracle, contributing as a consulting member of the technical staff and principal software engineer in the Java Client performance team, and at Sun Microsystems, where Oleg played a key role in the development of the Sun Studio Performance Analyzer and co-authored a publication on OpenMP profiling. Oleg's foundational education includes a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics from Tomsk Polytechnic University.
