Amy Gantert has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Amy started their career at Alcone Marketing Group, where they worked as an Account Supervisor from October 1996 to September 1997. Amy then moved on to ITW, where they served as a Global Market Manager from September 1997 to June 1999, leading the development and management of the alphanumeric/barcode Inkjet Printhead business.
In 1999, Amy joined UST Inc. and held various positions over the years. Amy was a Manager of Consumer Research and Insights from August 2007 to April 2009, overseeing research programs for product optimization and marketing expansion. Amy also worked as a Senior Brand Manager for the Innovation department from June 2004 to August 2007, where they focused on new product development and marketing strategies. Additionally, Amy served as the Senior Brand Manager for Revel brand from July 2000 to June 2004, managing the launch and marketing campaign for Revel Tobacco Packs.
Amy then joined Unilever in April 2010, taking on the role of Shopper Insights & Shopper Marketing Consultant. Amy developed customer development strategies and shopper marketing plans for various retailers, including CVS, Walgreens, and Duane Reade.
In 2011, Amy became the Innovation Marketing Manager at Armored AutoGroup, where they worked until May 2013, focusing on driving marketing initiatives for innovation projects.
From 2014 to 2016, Amy served as the Director of Marketing and Public Relations at Harrybrooke Park & Harden House Museum. Amy developed strategies and plans to promote the Park and museum, managed public relations, and organized fundraising events. Amy also worked as a Shopper Insights Consultant at Catapult in 2014.
In 2014, Amy started their own business as a Self-employed Insights & Innovation Specialist. Amy provided specialized services in consumer insights and innovation.
Amy then joined Animal Welfare Society, Inc. as the Director of Public Relations and Marketing from September 2014 to November 2017, overseeing public relations and marketing initiatives.
Most recently, Amy has been working at Swisher since April 2019. Amy initially served as the Director of Innovation and then transitioned to the position of Director of Market Research & Consumer Insights in January 2021, where they currently work.
Amy Gantert completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance & Accounting from Western Connecticut State University between the years 1982 and 1986. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on International Marketing from the University of Connecticut School of Business, graduating between 1993 and 1995.
