Frédéric Bôl has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Frédéric started their career in 1989 as the Director of Fixed Income and Institutional Client Management at Banque Martin Maurel. Frédéric then moved to AG2R LA MONDIALE in 1998, where they served as the Deputy General Manager of the Prémalliance group until 2007. From 2002 to 2007, they were a Co-founder and Vice President of the Association française des investisseurs institutionnels (Af2i). In 2007, they became the President of the Executive Board at Viveris REIM, a position they held until 2016. Frédéric then joined Swiss Life REIM as the President of the Executive Board until 2019, following the merger of Viveris REIM and Swiss Life Immobilier. In 2017, they became the General Manager of Swiss Life Asset Management (France) until 2019 when they assumed the role of President of the Executive Board at Swiss Life Asset Managers France. Frédéric became a Member of the Management Committee at Swiss Life Asset Managers in 2018. In addition to these roles, they have also held positions such as President of ASPIM from 2016 to 2020 and Administrator at IEIF - Institut de l'Épargne Immobilière et Foncière since 2010. Frédéric is also a Member of the "Management and Institutional Investors" Consultative Committee at the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) since 2017. Overall, Frédéric Bôl has extensive experience in asset management, real estate investment, and leadership roles in the financial industry.
Frédéric Bôl obtained their DESS degree in Finance from Aix-Marseille University between 1985 and 1986. Following this, from 1987 to 1989, they pursued a CFAF degree in Gestion Finance from Société Française des Analystes Financiers - SFAF.
