Vahan Bammerlin

Vahan Bammerlin serves as Geschäftsführer at Swiss Solar City AG since May 2020, focusing on coordinating and financing solar projects. Previously, Vahan held the position of Standortleiter Basel / Photovoltaik-Grossanlagen & Key Account at AGROLA from January 2019 to May 2020, contributing to the company's evolution into a comprehensive energy provider. From 2011 to December 2018, Vahan was COO of Solvatec AG, overseeing photovoltaic project planning and execution while establishing a nationwide service department. Vahan was also involved in the company's upper management as CTO, playing a key role in the development and positioning of Solvatec as a leading PV provider in Switzerland. Vahan began the career with Solvatec in project management from 2004 to 2010, focusing on various energy project sectors. Vahan holds a Master's degree in Renewable Energies and Mechanical Engineering from ETH Zürich and completed a Master's thesis at the Paul Scherrer Institute in 2004.
