Mike Baur

Mike Baur is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in investment management and private banking. As the Co-Founder and Chairman of Swiss Ventures Group since January 2015, and a Founding Partner at Serpentine Ventures since June 2019, Mike has established a strong foothold in venture capital. Additionally, Mike serves on the Board of Directors at Cardis Sotheby's International Realty and owns Baur Group AG. Previous roles include Head of Private Banking at Sallfort Privatbank AG, and leadership positions at Clariden Leu and UBS Wealth Management. Mike holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of Bern and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Rochester, complemented by a Bachelor of Applied Science in Banking and Finance from the University of Applied Sciences Bern.
