Christophe Schmidt possesses extensive experience in the air cargo industry, currently serving as the Business Lead for IT to Business Alignment in CRM Implementation at Swiss WorldCargo since August 2015. Key achievements include the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to centralize customer-related data and conducting comprehensive training for users. Previously, Christophe held positions in cargo training and continuous improvement, focusing on regulatory compliance and international standards training. Past roles include Dangerous Goods Acceptance Staff at Cargologic AG, Loadplanner and Ramp Service Agent at Swissport, and Ramp Agent at Dnata Switzerland AG. With a robust educational background from the University of Zurich, including a Master's in Higher Education and a Master's in Biochemistry, Christophe also has teaching experience in biology and physics at the upper secondary level.
