Dirk Eichenauer

Dirk Eichenauer has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Dirk began their career at Bundeswehr Wir. Dienen. Deutschland. as a Sergeant from 2007 to 2008. Dirk then joined Yatego GmbH as an IT Management Assistant and received professional training from 2009 to 2012. Dirk then worked at Logicare AG as an ICT-Supporter & Subproject Manager from 2012 to 2016. Dirk then moved to Emil Frey AG as an IT Business Analyst & Project Leader from 2016 to 2018. Dirk later joined Swiss International Air Lines as an IT Business Analyst & Project Leader Expert from 2018 to 2021. Dirk was then promoted to Head of IT to Business Alignment - Passenger Service System within the same company in 2021. Currently, Dirk is working at Lufthansa Group Digital Hangar as a Platform Lead Passenger Service System starting from 2022.

Dirk Eichenauer has a diverse education history. Dirk pursued their Executive MBA FH degree in Leadership & Management at Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences Switzerland from 2019 to 2021. During the same period, they also obtained a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Leadership & Management. In 2020, they completed a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Project Management. In 2019, Dirk earned another Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in IT-Management.

Prior to their time at Kalaidos University, Dirk attended WISS Schulen für Wirtschaft Informatik Immobilien from 2013 to 2016, where they specialized as a Business Data Processing Specialist with an Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Project Management. Before that, they studied Computer Science as an IT Management Assistant at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce Schwarzwald-Baar-Heuberg from 2009 to 2012. In 2009, Dirk also obtained an EFSET certificate in English from EF International Language Campuses.

Alongside their formal education, Dirk has obtained various certifications. Dirk is a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist and Certified SAFe® 6 Agilist through Scaled Agile, Inc., with both certifications obtained in April 2023. In 2020, they acquired the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft. In 2018, Dirk became a Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) through Scrum.org. Additionally, in 2014, they achieved the Certified Project Management Association IPMA Level D certification from VZPM - Association for the certification for persons in management.
