Elke Lanzoni

Elke Lanzoni is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in billing processes and data analysis, currently serving as a Senior Billing Process & Data Analyst at Swisscom since November 2000. In addition to this role, Elke has held various leadership positions within the company, including Teamleader Invoicing & Collection and Teamleader Billing & Collection in the International Carrier Service sector. Prior to Swisscom, Elke worked in hospitality, holding management positions at 4**** Hotel Union and Parkhotel du Sauvage, as well as undertaking various internships during training in hotel management. Elke holds a degree in Finance and Accounting from WKS Bern, a Hotelier-Restaurateur diploma from SHL Schweizerische Hotelfachschule Luzern, and an Abitur from Johann-Gottfried-Herder Sprach-Gymnasium in Berlin.
