Maya Muckalt

Maya Muckalt has a diverse work experience in the field of naturopathy and customer service. Maya started their career as a Naturopath at The Lucy Rose Clinic in May 2017. Maya then worked as a Naturopath and Retail Assistant at Healthy Life from February 2015 to September 2018. In September 2017, they joined Fertile Ground Health Group as a Medical Receptionist/Dispensary and worked there until September 2018. From August 2017 to February 2020, Maya worked as a Naturopath at Somatic Healthcare Clinic. In 2018, they joined Swisse Wellness as a Naturopathic Customer Service Advisor until January 2019, when they were promoted to the role of Customer Service Manager for Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and India. Maya currently holds the position of Customer Care Practitioner at Swisse Wellness.

Maya Muckalt obtained a Master of Counselling degree from the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy from Endeavour College of Natural Health between 2007 and 2015, specializing in Naturopathic Medicine. Maya also holds a Bachelor of Creative Arts with Honors in Acting from Flinders University of South Australia, which they completed from 2000 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Maya is also an accredited member of ATMS, although the institution and year of obtaining the certification are not specified.
