Antoine Pochon

Antoine Pochon has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Antoine currently holds the position of Head of Grid Strategy at Swissgrid AG since March 2020. Prior to this, Antoine worked at Romande Energie from 2010 to 2020, where they held various roles including Resp. Service Ingénierie, Exploitation et Conduite (IEC), Resp. Groupe gestion stratégique des infrastructures, and Resp. Service Infrastructures ad intérim. Antoine also worked as a Project Manager at Alpiq from 2006 to 2010, as an Ingénieur exploitation at Groupe E from 2002 to 2006, and as a Development engineer and Commissioning engineer at ABB from 2000 to 2002 and 1993 to 1996 respectively.

Antoine Pochon completed their Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) from 1996 to 2000. Antoine then pursued further education at Haute Ecole de Gestion, Fribourg from 2007 to 2008, obtaining a CAS degree in Gestion d'entreprise (Business Management). Prior to their master's degree, Antoine also attended Ecole d'ingénieurs de Fribourg from 1989 to 1992, specializing in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, although their degree name during this time is not specified.
