Kaja Hollstein

Kaja Hollstein has a diverse and extensive work experience. Kaja started their career at MVV Energie AG in 2000, where they worked as a Referentin für Energiewirtschaft und Energiepolitik, Analystin im Energiehandel. In 2005, they joined ETRANS/swissgrid ag as a Manager of Strategy and Regulation. Kaja then moved to Statnett SF in 2014 for a brief Secondment. In 2015, they became a Strategy Manager at Swissgrid AG and later took on the role of Senior Manager of European Affairs. From 2016 to 2018, they served as the Head of Strategy and Business Development at Swissgrid AG. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Operations Services at Swissgrid AG. In 2017, they also worked as a Dozentin at Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft HTW Chur until 2020. Overall, Kaja Hollstein has shown expertise in various roles within the energy industry, focusing on strategy, regulation, and operations.

Kaja Hollstein's education history includes a variety of experiences in different fields. In 1996, they attended Maastricht University, where they pursued a Master's degree in International Economics until 2000. Concurrently, in 1999, they also enrolled at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, where they studied Applied Economics. Later on, in 2016, they attended IAP ZHAW and completed a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Leadership between 2016 and 2017. Finally, in 2017, they briefly studied at IFAA, focusing on becoming a Pilatestrainerin.
