Marco Fuchs

Marco Fuchs is a Data Engineer at Swissgrid AG since March 2023. Prior to this role, Marco served as a Research Assistant at OST – Ostschweizer Fachhochschule from October 2021 to February 2023, specializing in software engineering at the Institute for Engineering Informatics. Earlier experience includes a position as a Data Science working student at Helga.works, focusing on ETL processes and predictive modeling using Python and Azure, from February 2021 to September 2021. Marco's career began in the electrical field at Baumann Electro AG, where initial training and work as an Elektroinstallateur took place between August 2012 and May 2018. Marco possesses a Master of Science in Engineering with a focus on Data Science from OST – Eastern Switzerland University of Applied Sciences, expected in 2024, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from HSR Hochschule für Technik Rapperswil, completed in 2021.
