Vít Klimenko

Vít Klimenko is a highly skilled IT professional with extensive experience in system engineering and administration, primarily focused on Linux and VMware environments. Currently serving as a System Engineer at Swissgrid AG since August 2019, Vít has previously held roles as a System Specialist at Die Mobiliar, where responsibilities included the administration of Red Hat Enterprise Linux and VMware virtualization. A record of significant projects includes the design and implementation of Ansible infrastructure, data center consolidation, and the deployment of Linux infrastructure for specialized projects. Vít's earlier experience encompasses system administration at Hoststar and VSB Technical University of Ostrava, as well as technical specialization in network engineering at Tieto. Vít holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from VSB - Technical University of Ostrava and has international exposure from studies at the University of Stavanger.
