Gokce Karakus

Gokce Karakus possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Swissôtel Al Ghurair since August 2018. Previously, Gokce held the position of Director of Rooms (Opening) at Fairmont Quasar Istanbul from September 2016 to August 2017. Gokce's career began at Swissôtel Grand Efes, Izmir, where a progressive journey included roles from Receptionist to Front Office Supervisor, culminating in the position of Front Office Manager from April 2008 to September 2016. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management from Dokuz Eylul University, a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management and Consultancy from Breda University of Applied Sciences, and an MBA from Ege University.
