Andrei Spataru

Andrei Spataru is a Senior Software Engineer and Architect at Swissquote since October 2013, where responsibilities include leading the Financial Data Feed Team and software development. Previously, Andrei served as a Software Engineer at CERN from June 2011 to October 2013, focusing on software development and prototyping, with proficiency in C++, Java, and Ruby on Rails. Prior to CERN, Andrei worked as a QA Engineer at 1&1 Internet AG, specializing in test automation using Java and Selenium, and developed internal tools in Java. Andrei began a career as a Researcher at CCS Content Conversion Specialists GmbH from April 2007 to August 2009. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Computer Science from The University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Information Technology from University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
