John Ackerley

John Ackerley, MSc, BEd, EMCC EIA (Senior Practitioner) is the Owner and Principal Consultant at Summitpeople Ltd, providing expertise in educational training, performance coaching, mentoring, and leadership development since February 2020. Ackerley's extensive experience includes executive coaching and mentoring for various organizations, such as UEFA, UK Sport, and The Football Association, as well as leadership workshops and bespoke programs for sports teams and educational institutions. Ackerley also serves as a Coach Developer for UK Coaching and British Cycling, and holds multiple roles within The Football Association, including Mentor Developer and Council Member. Ackerley has lectured on leadership and executive coaching at The Manchester Metropolitan University and possesses advanced degrees in coaching, mentoring, and education.
