Nicole Allison

Nicole Allison is a highly experienced professional in the sports sector, currently serving as the Owner and CEO of Worcester City Women FC since January 2021. In addition, Nicole holds the position of Project Manager at Switch The Play Foundation and works as an Associate Lecturer in Sports Business at the University of Worcester. Nicole is also the Managing Director of Nicole Allison Sports Consultancy and a Professor of Women's Football at The Football Business Academy. Previously, Nicole has held roles such as General Manager at Tottenham Hotspur Ladies Football Club and Marketing Research Manager at the English Football League. Educationally, Nicole holds a Master's Degree in Sport Management and the Business of Football from Birkbeck, University of London, and a Bachelor of Science in European Studies and German from Aston University.
