Ashley Badgett

Ashley Badgett has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on revenue cycle management. Ashley currently holds the position of Vice President of Product at Switchboard, MD, a role they have held since February 2023. Prior to this, they served as Chief Product Officer at absolute Automations from February 2022 to January 2023.

Before that, Ashley worked at Olive as a Product Manager for Revenue Cycle from August 2020 to February 2022. Ashley also held the position of Manager of Revenue Cycle Automation at Baylor Scott & White Health from August 2019 to July 2020, and previously worked as a Consultant for Revenue Cycle Improvement at the same company from September 2015 to August 2019.

In addition, Ashley has experience as a Software Consultant for Revenue Cycle at Recondo Technology from March 2013 to September 2015, and as an Application/Product Owner for Revenue Cycle at Seton Healthcare Family from December 2010 to December 2012. Prior to that, they worked as a Patient Access Team Lead for Revenue Cycle Operations at Seton Healthcare Family from July 2009 to December 2010.

Ashley Badgett began their education in 2001, studying Pre-Pharmacy Studies at Drake University. Ashley attended Drake University for one year until 2002. Afterward, Ashley Badgett pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration at Texas State University, starting in 2005 and completing it in 2008. Following their undergraduate studies, they furthered their education at Texas State University, completing a Master of Healthcare Administration degree from 2008 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Ashley Badgett obtained the Certified Healthcare Access Manager certification from NAHAM in January 2011.
