Alicia Reed

Alicia Reed is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in systems administration, IT infrastructure management, and technological implementation. Currently serving as Systems Administrator III/IT Site Lead at SWLA Center for Health Services since March 2021, Alicia oversees all aspects of IT including technology strategy, information systems, and compliance. Previous roles include Information Technology Infrastructure Engineer at Recon Management Services INC, where Alicia managed Apple iOS devices and provided user training, and Sr. Applications Analyst at Bridgestone Americas, where Alicia led successful operating system conversions and software upgrades across the plant. Alicia's early career included positions as a P-25 Systems Analyst, Computer Helpdesk Analyst, Technology Teacher, and Database Technician. Alicia holds a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge.
