Serena Pacifico has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Serena is currently the Marketing Director at SWOOP Analytics, a position they have held since July 2022. Prior to this, Serena was the Marketing Director at evntACT since April 2017. Serena also worked as a Marketing Strategy Consultant at Rainforest Exchange from January 2022 to July 2022.

Before transitioning to marketing, Serena had experience in event management and public relations. Serena worked as the Marketing and Public Relations Manager at Urban Faiways from February 2016 to March 2017. Prior to that, they served as a Special Event Manager at The Royal Society from June 2014 to January 2016. Serena also held the role of Marketing Event Executive at The Gore and The Pelham Hotels from October 2012 to June 2014.

Serena's career in event coordination began at Novotel London West where they worked as an Event Coordinator from April 2011 to October 2012. Prior to that, they gained experience as a Public Relations Assistant at Guardiano Group from January 2010 to June 2011.

Serena's earliest work experience was as a Business Owner of Internet Café DP from February 2007 to September 2009. Throughout their career, Serena has developed a strong background in marketing, event management, public relations, and business ownership.

Serena Pacifico's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Rome, Italy, which they obtained between 2001 and 2006. In 2010, they received a certificate in Facilities Planning and Management from Rome, Phoenix Events. Serena pursued professional development courses in General Sales, Merchandising, and Related Marketing Operations from Ann Style in 2013 and in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Maxima Training in 2015. In 2018 and 2019, they obtained a certification in Sustainable Event Planning from the Events Industry Council.
