Benjamin Shannon

Benjamin Shannon has a diverse work experience starting from 2007. Benjamin began their career as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis and later became a Faculty member there. In 2016, they transitioned to Express Scripts as a Principal Statistical Programmer. Benjamin then joined New Balance as a Lead Data Scientist in 2017 before moving to Broadview Group Holdings, LLC, where they held roles as both a Lead Data Scientist and an Equities Portfolio Manager. Currently, they are working at Swoop as a Principal Data Scientist.

Benjamin Shannon received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Neuroscience from Macalester College in 2001. Benjamin then went on to pursue a PhD in Neuroscience at Washington University in St. Louis, completing their studies in 2006.
