Aaron Fry

Aaron Fry has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Aaron is currently working as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at SwoopMe, Inc., where they have held various roles since joining in 2019. Prior to that, Aaron worked as a Sr. Software Engineer at Habit Inc. from 2016 to 2019. Aaron also worked as a Ruby on Rails Developer at Daily Kos in 2015 and as a Software Engineer at Learnist from 2013 to 2015. Aaron's earlier experiences include working as a Ruby on Rails Developer at Sheet Music Plus from 2009 to 2013, as a Tech Lead at an Independent Contractor from 2008 to 2009, and as an Independent Contractor/Web Developer at Online News Association from 2004 to 2009. Aaron also founded and served as the President of Netsprout, Inc. from 2001 to 2008, where they led the development of complex web applications. Aaron started their career as a Developer at The Webby Awards in 1998 and later worked as a Senior Technical Lead at Quios from 1999 to 2001, where they played a key role in developing a mobile reporting web community. Throughout their career, Aaron has demonstrated a strong technical expertise and a proactive approach in keeping abreast with new technologies.

Aaron Fry has a diverse education history. In 1990, they enrolled at California State University, Chico, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations. Aaron successfully completed their degree in 1994 after four years of study.

Afterward, in 1995, Aaron briefly attended San Francisco State University, focusing on International Relations. Although they did not obtain a degree during this time, it added to their educational background in the field.

In 2009-2010, Aaron attended the Regenerative Design Institute, where they obtained a Permaculture Certificate. During this program, they studied Biomimicry, Land Design, and Permaculture. Additionally, in 2008, they completed the Permaculture Four Season Certification Course at the same institute, furthering their knowledge in this area.

Furthermore, Aaron has also obtained several certifications. In 2023, they obtained certification in "How to Be Both Assertive and Likable" from LinkedIn. In 2022, they completed the "Learning the OWASP Top 10" certification, also from LinkedIn.
