Kiren Nair

Kiren Nair, MS, CHES, PT, DPT, currently serves as the Senior Operations Lead at Sword Health since March 2021, where Kiren leads a remote team of clinicians to enhance member engagement, retention, and satisfaction, significantly contributing to the company’s success. Prior experience includes serving as the Clinical Operations Lead at Sword Health, focusing on scaling the clinical team's operations during the company's rapid growth. Kiren co-founded and operated Premier Home Rehab from November 2015 to June 2022, expanding the staffing agency's workforce from five to over seventy-five employees in two years. Additional roles include Supervisor at Select Physical Therapy and Associate Director of Physical Therapy at Absolute Physical Therapy & Fitness. Kiren holds a Master’s Degree in Health Education and Behavior from the University of Florida and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Touro University, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Education and Behavior from the University of Florida.
