Joseph Fong

Joseph Fong is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in financial management and budget oversight. Currently serving as a Budget Accountant at Swords to Plowshares since December 2015, Joseph previously held key positions such as Finance Director at the Independent Living Resource Center San Francisco from July 2011 to June 2015, and Accounting Manager at the World Institute on Disability from November 2002 to July 2011. Joseph's career commenced as a Staff Accountant for the Alameda County Bar Association from October 2001 to October 2002. Joseph holds a Master of Public Administration from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from San Francisco State University.
