Mahmoud Hamed

Mahmoud Hamed is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in team leadership and project management. Mahmoud began their career as a software engineer at AL Aboud Group, where they customized and implemented a comprehensive HRM system, resulting in improved operational efficiency and enhanced employee experience. Mahmoud then co-founded DOKTORNA and served as a software engineer. Mahmoud's next role was as a product manager at RAMFA BEAUTY, where they played a crucial role in building a successful e-commerce platform that attracted a large customer base. After that, they co-founded iKiDiV and served as the software team manager, overseeing over 50 projects and achieving a 100% completion rate. Currently, Mahmoud is working as the director of software engineering at Swtch, leading a multinational team in the development of an event planning system for the Qatar World Cup.

Mahmoud Hamed completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Istanbul University, from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from Near East University (NEU) from 2017 to 2018. Mahmoud also holds a Civil Engineering background, having studied at Helwan University Cairo from 2012 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, Mahmoud has obtained several certifications. Mahmoud became a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from the Project Management Institute in August 2022. Mahmoud also received a certification as an AI Product Manager from Udacity in June 2023. Moreover, Mahmoud obtained a Verified International Academic Qualifications certification from the World Education Services in February 2022. Finally, they also acquired a certification in Visual Elements of User Interface Design from the California Institute of the Arts in August 2020.
