Samantha Keith

Samantha Keith, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Samantha currently serves as the Director of Operations at SxanPro, a position they assumed in January 2023. Prior to that, from October 2019 to April 2023, Samantha was the Senior Regional People Business Partner at Trace3. Samantha also worked as the Human Resources Manager at West Side Beer Distributing from January 2017 to October 2019. Before that, they served as the Regional Human Resources Manager at Argo Tea from October 2014 to December 2016. Samantha's earlier experience includes the role of Regional Human Resource Manager at Whelan Security from May 2012 to October 2014 and various positions at ARAMARK, including Food Service Director from August 2010 to May 2012 and Assistant Food Service Director from July 2009 to August 2010. Throughout their career, Samantha has gained expertise in various areas such as operations, regional management, employee engagement, recruiting, training, and employee relations.

Samantha Keith, SHRM-CP, obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in French and Communication from Michigan State University from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended The University of Toledo from 2005 to 2006, specializing in Foreign Language and International Business. Later on, Samantha pursued their Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources at the University of Phoenix from 2011 to 2013.

Samantha also holds the certification of SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), which they obtained from SHRM in June 2022.
