Robert Burgess

Robert Burgess has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Robert is currently working at Syapse as a Sr Data Engineer, a position they have held since November 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Data Engineer at Syapse from March 2019 to November 2021.

Before joining Syapse, Robert founded Simply Synced LLC in January 2012 and continues to hold the role of Founder.

In 2014, Robert joined NextGen Healthcare, where they held various roles. Robert started as a KBM Generalist I in September 2014 and was later promoted to KBM Generalist II in August 2015. Subsequently, they served as a KBM Specialist II from March 2016 to October 2016. In October 2016, they were promoted to KBM Specialist III, a position they held until March 2019. During their time at NextGen Healthcare, they were responsible for reviewing potential patient safety issues, patient non-critical and meaningful use issues, monitoring chatter, assisting various departments with template-related issues, and teaching effective troubleshooting methods.

Robert also worked at DENAQ from January 2012 to September 2013 as a Technical Director. In this role, they maintained office computers, set up and maintained 3CX PBX Phone Server with Cisco IP Phones, and maintained different aspects of the company website.

Robert Burgess attended Bucks County Technical High School from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a High School Diploma in Information Technology.
