Ahmad Ihsan ANZIIF (Snr Assoc) CIP, SnrAMII, ALMI has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Ahmad Ihsan began their career as an intern at Syarikat Takaful Malaysia Berhad in 2007. After completing their internship, they joined Takaful Ikhlas Berhad in 2008 as a Business Development Executive in the Bancatakaful department. Ahmad Ihsan worked in this role until October 2014 when they were promoted to Assistant Vice President - Bancatakaful. In 2017, Ahmad joined Great Eastern Takaful Berhad as a Business Development Manager, where they were responsible for driving the company's growth and development. Currently, they are employed as a Bancatakaful Sales Manager at Syarikat Takaful Malaysia Berhad since October 2022. Ahmad's extensive experience in the insurance industry has allowed him to develop expertise in business development and sales.

In 2005, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Insurance and Risk Management from the National University of Malaysia (UKM). Prior to that, in 2004-2005, they studied the Malaysian Matriculation Programme with an Accounting stream at Kolej Matrikulasi Labuan. In 2002-2003, Ahmad Ihsan attended MARA Junior Science College (MRSM) and obtained the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia.

Throughout their career, Ahmad Ihsan has pursued additional certifications and professional development courses. In 2017, they achieved the Senior Associate certification from ANZIIF as a Certified Insurance Professional (CIP).
