Nadezhda Rakovich

Nadezhda Rakovich is an experienced HR professional with a background in psychology, currently serving as HR Director at Syberry since April 2014, where responsibilities include managing the entire recruitment life cycle and contributing to HR department development. Prior to this role, Nadezhda worked as a psychologist at the Gymnasium-College of Arts named after Ahremchik from October 2013 to February 2014 and at Minsk State Trade College from September 2010 to July 2013, providing psychological support through personal counseling, group training, and adaptation assistance. Nadezhda holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Belarussian State Pedagogical University, completed in 2010.
